I was reached out to and scheduled a phone interview. Pretty good and straightforward phone interview to determine if I was a good fit. Shortly after I was given an assignment to do and a deadline. The assignment was pretty lengthy but I liked my phone interview so much I dedicated the upcoming weekend to completing the assignment. I submitted the assignment and never heard back. I decided to check-in a few times weeks apart and when I finally got a reply it was another excuse and they would be getting back to me. A month later I decided to call their London office and got the run around again. They even reached out asking if I'm still interested in this role almost 2 months after my phone interview and when I replied that I am still interested in the role they never replied and reposted the job. Almost like they were toying with me. If you respect yourself and your time avoid this organization. If you make candidates complete an assignment that lengthy the least you can do is formally review their assignment and give them an answer. Our time matters too.
