A recruiter reached out to me and started the process. I then had a Zoom interview with the individual I'd be reporting to and then went on to meet with the team I'd be working with. Overall, it was a smooth process and everyone was very nice.

Question 1
There were a mix of questions regarding my experience, but also a few to get to know me more as a person and see if I'd fit into the culture.
I applied via linkedin and received a message inviting me to an interview. However, after following up with my availability, I never heard back. I sent a follow up 6 days later and there was no response, no follow-up, no apology for wasting my time.
Round robin style interview with 5 different individuals asking questions/taking turns. Long interview over 1.5 hours. Enjoyed the conversation and detailed questions asked. Had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions as well. One downside is that there was urgency to hire, but they are dragging their feet regarding my interview follow up email. Overall, they seem like a great company to work for but wish the hiring timeline was more effectively managed.
