I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Form3 (Barcelona) in Feb 2021
Interview
The steps are the following:
1. Call a recruiter
2. Coding Test
3. Tech team video-call
My experience was super bad because you have to spend a lot of time doing a test without even knowing to which team you'll be working with. If I've learned something with this process is that I won't spend that much time without knowing the team and the concrete project.
