Thanks for your feedback! Your experience is definitely not what we hope to see at Forrester. I apologize our Open House event was pitched to you as a full interview - however, it was a great opportunity to spend one on one time with our Chief Sales Officer and his leaders. Also, please let me know if anyone from Forrester every uses the term 'cream of the crop' with you again - that's not the brand or tone I hope to see from my team.
