Poor experience with hiring manager. When asked upon his management style, he said that he will not protect his team even if there's criticism for the sales team. As for career progression, he said that the candidate must do 1 level above his job grade which is understandable. However, he mentioned that Singapore and expect promotion after a few years which is a bad stereotype.
Asked irrelevant questions like how would you react to a harsh criticism and what have made you changed your perspective in the last 6 months. Interesting but not relevant to the CSM role.
Not sure how is he a CSM leader.

Amazing, it was very interactive, great meetings and helpful guidance. I learned a lot about the company, role and daily responsibilities of the role.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Forrester in Dec 2020
Interview
1. 15 mins before the interview, the interviewer told me that the interview would be delayed by 30 minutes. Very unprofessional.
2. Interviewer’s background was VERY noisy with kids screaming at the back.
3. Before the interview, I was asked to note down the potential questions I would have. But they were not addressed.
4. Interviewers’ tone was VERY degrading — “do you understand that ...” — I obviously read, therefore I applied?
5. Interviewer was also very rude to cut me off during the interview. I stopped talking after awhile because I felt that I don’t want to work in such an environment.
