I had to rounds of interviews here. The interview questions themselves were reasonable and easy to prepare for. However, there was miscommunication between the person giving the first and second interviews, and the woman conducting the second interview was late, blamed the first interviewer for the error, and had to reschedule. In the end, they went with someone else, but I think it was for the better, given it was only a part time job for the first year.
Very annoying and if the treatment during interview is an indication about the company’s culture, I am happy I don’t work there! They initially decided for someone else, than made me an offer because the other person declined. Then there were three more interviews with different people - and at the end, they ghosted me.

Interview
It was a relatively long process, a month and a half, but always with proper and gentle treatment. All steps was online, became easily the schedule. I liked a lot.
