The interview process was laid back geared towards a conversation. I felt very at ease and welcome. There were 2 interviews total. The first was with the team you will be working with directly, the second with all employees of the coalition.

Interview
Initial one-on-one meeting, then meeting with manager, then a large company-wide group interview with everyone on staff. Each person at the table (everyone on staff) had a different question and everyone had a copy of my resume to review.
