I was remote, so I had 4 conversations. 1 phone screen, 1 Skype meet and greet, 1 phone formal interview, 1 Skype senior management meet and greet.
I received a formal offer letter via email and signed it and scanned back. I accepted the offer because it was fair. They didn't try to play games.
