Four Seas Group interview questions

HR arranged a ZOOM interview to introduce myself and some Q&As. However, the HR seems not familiar with ZOOM operations. The interviewer tell me the background about the post and company. After 1st interview, I was invited to attend a written test (about 1 hour) onsite. That's arrangement I think can be avoided because candidates may need to take leave to attend a written test which i think can do thru online as well. In general I can feel the old style of the company but can see they are going to change, be more up-to-dated.
