Frameless interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn and then received an inmail message from the recruiter asking if I were free for an initial chat on 18th November. Originally the call was due to take place in the afternoon but as I had a clash of timings I asked if it could be moved to an earlier time and was provided with an 8:30 in the mornng slot. I felt the call well and I explained once more why I had applied for the role having previously stated my reasons via a linkedin message. At the end of the call I was told that I should hold off until tuesday/wednesday to get in touch and let them know if I were still interested in the role. As the salary wasn't discussed in the call i sent a separate email asking what the salary range was and receieved no reply. Today I have sent another email expressing my interest in the role and also enquiring about the salary again with response provided.
