First round: You get to take a general written test (GMAT, verbal reasoning and quantitative reasoning). I don't know what the cut off is but if you pass, you'd be called back Second round: You will write another test but on case studies. Typical comprehension passage about investment banking or something related and you are quized on the passage and you get to write long response/essays after analysing the passage. After that, you get to do an individual interview with members of staff. Just like any typical oral interview. Things are yourself and your experience or capacity to deliver Third round: Group case study where you are in groups with others and you solve the case study then you make a PPT presentation. Everything is like 1hr or so. You present the findings to members of staff and they ask questions
