Process began with a screening with recruiter. Second round interview was an invitation to a group interview. Candidates were asked to rank in order of preference three 2-hour blocks of time provided for scheduling their group interview. Candidates were asked to hold these times and a confirmation of their interview time slot was sent a week later. Group interview included a presentation from each candidate and an introduction to the holacratic culture. Interview process went seemingly well and candidates were told they would hear back within a week. However, weeks later and no follow up whatsoever from FuelEd. Particularly disappointing from an organization that supposedly embraces individual growth, empathy, and transparency.
