I submitted an application online through Indeed, then received an email with an assessment form 3 days later. The form had some interview-style questions like "How does this job align with your career plans?" and "What would you do if you were working with a 6 y/o who didn't want to focus?" etc. After submitting the form, I received another email to schedule a video-call interview. I received a link to the video meeting the morning of my interview. It was a really simple and comfortable process, and the recruiting manager was really friendly. She gave a brief run-down of each section of questions that she would be asking throughout the interview (ie: work experience, get-to-know-you style questions, situational questions). The questions might be difficult if you don't have experience working with kids with special needs, but having some kind of grasp on what ABA is and how it works will probably help. The interview was about 45 minutes long (I had a few follow-up questions), and I was offered the job at the end.

I applied online and shortly after I received an email with prescreening questions very shortly after I received an invitation to schedule a formal interview Interview was supposed to be via Zoom So i was extremely excited to meet the recruiter and on the day of the interview I was on my computer 10 minutes before the meeting setting up and at scheduled time I clicked on the link and message appeared telling me the meeting with this person was scheduled for 3 months ago I figured this is an error and emailed him He said he will call me later on the same day and we will have the interview over the phone No one called me!! To me this is very unprofessional and disappointing
