The A-List process by Beth Smith. It was a long process but as an HR professional, this was the best process I have ever been a part of. It looks for the "FIT" and not a person that can do the j.o.b. The personal fit is just as important and many times missed. Perfection GERSTEL!

Interview
Very long, and over done. First was a phone screening, second on Teams, third was a group setting. They were quick with the reference request and sent the offer letter within a day.
