Sort of a long process but understandably so with a change in HR positions. Communication with new HR person was great. I had 2 video interviews before an in-person at the office with HR and one of the co-founders.

Phone screen first. Let me tell you that other reviews have said this person does not have any interpersonal skills and they are all correct! This person did not have any enthusiasm and seemed unhappy with their job. Don't expect them to pay what you expect. As person was typing on their computer and I told them my salary range, I could see their eyes widen as if I said an inconsiderable amount. This position with other companies whether start-up or not pay more than I was asking. I had also asked about benefits as it was very vague on what I could find online and was told "standard" as other companies. Sorry, I don't won't to work for a company that has benefits I received a decade ago and for pay less than I know I'm worth!
