After wasting my time the HR said here we do not pay the real salaries to your bank account we pay 5500 TL using the bank and the rest will be given to you by hand. Of course this is illegal in Turkey since in this situation it will be written on your insurance that your salary is 5500 TL no matter what was your real salary. And if they fire you. You will lose a lot of your money from your compensation because they did not tell the government about your real salary and there is no chance to go to court and claim your rights.

thay are focused on sales and revenues generation
after the firts calls on skype they took me to teir office in istanbul where i met the ceo and the deputy manager of the company, overall it was not a diffcult process
