Of course this is illegal in Turkey since in this situation it will be written on your insurance that your salary is 5500 TL no matter what was your real salary. And if they fire you. You will lose a lot of your money from your compensation because they did not tell the government about your real salary and there is no chance to go to court and claim your rights.
