I applied online and Received invitation to interview shortly after, then was offered position by phone a week later. Overall it was a positive experience and I enjoyed my time with the company.

Interview
Straightforward interview with a manager in the office. Questions are very general, they will ask you about why you want to work there, if you have retail experience, or have any knowledge about sports, sports equipment, or the industry. Then you will go down to the shop floor for a simple role-play where you will pretend to sell an item to the manager (in a department of your choice).
It was a Group interview. There were Around 5 or 6 people. Friendly interviewer. It was Not a difficult interview to be honest. It lasted for around half an hour
