I was reached out to by a recruiter after I submitted my application online. The recruiter was VERY friendly and said I'd be a great fit for the company, and she was going to schedule me for the hiring manager screen. She asked if we could do it over the phone or if it would be easier for her to send the calendar link so I can choose what works best, and I decided to go with the latter. And then I was ghosted! I emailed the recruiter 4 times to ask for the link, and then I kept seeing the role reposted on LinkedIn, so I'm not sure what happened. I was really excited about the role, but never heard back after the first call that went well.
