Have a phone call with the direct manager for pre-screening, Following that call, in about a week's time, an in-person interview was scheduled. Following that, about a week passed, and I received an offer for the role.

Most were situational-type questions. For example, tell me about a time when xyz and how did you handle that situation or what did you do about it?
