The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gallup in Feb 2012
Interview
Interesting phone phone interview module where the interviewer follows a set script of questions/scenarios, and your answers are recorded. When asked for clarifications they simply continued with the script. When asked why this model was used at the end of the call, the answer was vague and unsure...

Question 1
Would you rather have an all-star employee with a competitive nature, or a team player who is below meeting billable goals?
Very friendly interviewers. I didn't not get the job but they personally called me to let me know I didn't me make the final round. They didn't treat me like a number, but as a person which I appreciated.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
First, an online talent assessment (two parts, ~200 questions)
Second, an interview with the lead of talent.
Third, an interview with the managing director of consulting.
Finally, an interview with my manager.

Question 1
Strengths-based questions, i.e., what are you good at, what is your goal in 5 years, what makes you motivated about joining Gallup, etc.
2 personality tests + one hygiene round + 2 technical rounds in total. The process was very rigorous and some parts of the interview made no sense. Overall, a very difficult experience all for nothing.
