Interview
I had a interview directly with the CEO at the time, was looking to start an internship directly shadowing the CEO. The entire interview was behavioral. I was asked about my previous marketing experience and how that affected my decision making, and was also asked about how I would think about solving specific problems based on my experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Galvan London (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
There were too many request as part of the brief. Over 20 deliverables. Companies need to realise that they can't just take peoples time like that without compensation. The people I interviews weren't even welcoming, you could just see how the team and culture is. They didn't even get back to me on wether I was successful or not.
