I had one initial interview with the CEO of the company. Before the interview, he had messaged me on LinkedIn saying he was "Very impressed" with my background. One hour before the interview he rescheduled with me to have the interview a few days later. Once we finally got into a call with each other (Zoom call with no cameras) it became clear he hadn't looked over my resume, portfolio, or cover letter at all. He was looking for a mid-senior developer, and I made it abundantly clear I was looking for a Co-Op/internship position.
