Interview process is needlessly long, requiring multiple essays written on your background, character, a pitch, your inspirations and motivations, etc. before you even go for your first/second interview.
HR makes the process worse by asking for all these essays and documents from the interviewee just the day before the on-site interview.
True to the other interviewees' words on glassdoor, the interview started late for me too.
Additionally, was told by HR that first interview is culture fit check with just one other GD and that I do not need to prepare anything - it ended up being a full 1 hour interview with 2 GDs and 2 Producers and 2 technical tests......
