Interview
The interview was done very well. They talked to me and told me allow about the company of how wonderful is and that they would offer the job once I prove to them that working at Gap was my desinty.
Traditional interview process with management asking a set of behavioral or situational questions. They also asked product and company knowledge and how it connects to future career goals. Interviewer also explained different growth opportunities during interview.
First you apply by either going into the store or online. Then they give you a call and You meet with a manager. The manager goes through your résumé with you, and asks you related questions.
