    management is awful
    if you want more than 2 days holiday its rare you get it
    they will underpay you
    no progression
    there is no work to socal life balance, work is always first

    Pros

    Great team atmosphere, lots to do on shift, great employee discount, if you work hard it is noticed, managers are very helpful and friendly if you work hard and don't mess about

    Cons

    Customers are very rude and not at all undertsanding, especially when you are alone and the floor is very busy, also if you are new or don't speak english very well they are not understanding at all.
