    I worked at Gap part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Some really nice staff members who worked very hard for the gap brand.

    Cons

    Pay is low and they are below some other London pays. Hard work isn't rewarded, some management need to learn how to address staff and to show some empathy as unfortunately the robots haven't arrived just yet. Very anti social in the staff room no one really spoke to one another which sometimes you needed. I just found it a very odd environment. Also some other issues but overall the company needs to look at its self.

    Advice to Management

    Reward staff, acknowledge what they are doing to keep the brand going. Have empathy to staff who may have issues or illnesses.
