In the interview, they started talking, then I had the opportunity to introduce myself, talk about my studies and experience. They then asked me some questions about video games and my career ambitions, and finally explained what the job involved and what they expected. Everything went more or less well until the last part. After a trial period (unpaid), they offered to pay me half the minimum wage for six months (a trial period that I would be paying for?). They were looking for someone to teach them about different artistic fields, which on the one hand is a good learning opportunity, but on the other hand is the typical scenario where many junior workers have senior responsibilities. Finally, I'm not very clear on what the benefits were, although in terms of working hours, they told me it was flexible, that if I finished early I could leave, but that on other occasions I could stay longer if necessary (and in an indie studio, that could be anytime).
