he process consistent of 3 interviews, followed by an assessment centre. The first was based on my CV and some of the reason I had applied for the company and role. The second was more of a traits based interview and challenged my knowledge on the company, this also included a 10 minutes sales role play. Finally the last interview required me to go more in depth about my desire for a sales role and to work for Gartner as a company. The assessment centre included more interviews, and articulation of what the company does and a longer role play scenario. Overall it was a vigorous process, but I learnt a lot from it and genuinely improved at every stage !
