Interview
It was the best job interview I've ever had. All of the process since the first contact until the last stage that I did pass through during the selection procedure was handled with excellence! I was given very valuable feedback on the areas that I shall improve after every call we had. Until the very end I was in contact with Jo Altman, and even after I failed the Skilled Assessment Interview, we had a debriefing session. She has not only pointed out to the weak areas that I have to work on in order to be able to get this job, but also advised on how I can improve these vulnerable areas.
Introduction and get to know call with Jo did not feel like strict and cold headhunting, it felt more like a conversation with a colleague. During 4 Traits Interview my weak points were revealed, and still, I had a relevant feedback and another opportunity to go forward.
Skilled Assessment Interview with Bret Mills was very relaxed and more of a conversation. Bret was very welcoming and friendly, even the video did not make me tremble. In the first part of the call, it was all about Gartner.
In the second part of the call, we did a role play - this is where I failed. I did not ask enough open questions and was making assumptions too quickly.
Although I did not pass to the next stage of the selection process, I’m glad for the opportunity to re-apply in 6 months. Both recruiters saw the potential in me and believed that I can work on myself and do better. Joe Altman as a recruiter and as a person has influenced significantly in the immediate changes in me - professionally and personally. Without a doubt, the same day after the debriefing, I have taken actions in order to start working on my weak areas.

Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
