I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Barcelona) in Jul 2023
Interview
It is an interview process structured in 4 parts. Each one increasing in difficulty, the first one is a general interview on why sales? you past qoutas, prospection tactics and other genral sales question. The second one is more linked to the product and Gartner's values. The third one is the difficult one, in my case lasted 1.5 h and was based on behavioural questions, more in deep quota questions and a role play from discovery to closing.

Question 1
Tell me a time you faced rejection and how you hadle it?
They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?
It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
