I was referred about 4 months ago. Had multiple stages and then was completely ghosted despite following up. A few months later a new recruiter reached out to me about a similar role, not knowing about the previous interview process. I took the call but was very upfront about the interview process I went through a few months prior. She scheduled my next round with a different recruiter, which was 1 hour long. I did great in that interview and the new recruiter said they'd be in touch by EOD to schedule my next round. The next day I followed up because I didn't hear back. She said sorry for the bad news but I didn't know you interviewed with us earlier in the year and it's against our policy to be able to go through this next stage within 12 months. I'm not sure if they were even planning on proactively telling me that or not before I had followed up, but either way it was 2 examples of awful communication both internally and externally. The first recruiter that reached out to me apparently didn't check anything in the system, wasn't aware of the policy, and must not have informed the next recruiter about my interview process recently that I was very upfront about. It was unprofessional the first time and just a waste of everyone's time in the more recent process.

It was very professional and clear. A little bit longer then expected. HR is quite professional and dedicated to find best candidates step by step.. there are 4 different sessions and every session is challenging.

I was contacted by a Gartner GBS recruiter via LinkedIn. We scheduled a screening call where the role was mainly pitched to me and I was asked basic questions about my current responsibilities in relation to the job description.
I was told I would move to the next stage, but I never received the calendar invite by email. When I joined the meeting, I was informed the interview could not take place because I had not accepted the invite. After checking, we discovered the invite had been sent to the wrong email address.
We rescheduled. Before the next interview, I received a document with detailed instructions on how to answer (STAR format). The recruiter also emphasized how important feedback is, in both directions. I did not progress after the second interview. I requested feedback to understand the gaps, but the recruiter never responded.
Summary: Clear role overview, but basic coordination errors and a lack of follow-up feedback despite stating it was a priority.

Mehrstufiger Prozess. Alle Ansprechpartner haben internationalen Hintergrund daher finden alle Gespräche in Englisch statt. Jederzeit gute Gesprächsatmosphäre. Starker Fokus auf Traits. Sehr gute Unterstützung zur Vorbereitung der einzelnen Stufen. Insgesamt guter und empfehlenswerter Prozess.
