There were two interviews that took place over Teams: First Interview - the first interview was a brief discussion over the role, information about the company, and just discussing your experience. Second interview - the second interview was scheduled to be a live coding interview with a panel, however, there was no live coding exercises that took place. It was a 30 minute interview that had introductions with the 4 employees from Gas POS, your introduction, and then discussion around your experience. I was a bit caught off guard due to the expectation of being able to display your coding skills, but that isn't what took place.
