First asked to come in for an interview. After some seemingly unnecessary questions, they asked me back for a second interview. The average business day was described as setting up meetings with business owners to talk about options for employee appreciation. In reality, it was walking door to door (industrial complexes/strip malls/etc...) rain or shine. They walk into a business and begin a pitch to sell them various coupons for other businesses. On the day I had my "second" interview, they were walking around town trying to sell coupons for local paint ball facility, and were mostly trying to sell to the receptionists at the front desk. It is not at all like they led me to believe.
Also, you make commission off of each sale, although the branch manager sitting in the office makes more commission off of your sale than you do.
