Gateway Services Inc. interview questions

1st round with recruiter, quick, very casual. 2nd in person at facility with District Manager and Operations Lead, over an hour, very thorough, had a positive experience and was told I'd be contacted for 3rd interview in about 2 weeks. A few days pass and I see a job posting for another role in the same facility (lower rank) and got a denied email a day later - very corp and cold. If you are hiring within, please be honest and don't waste interviewers time and over promise. It speaks volumes of the culture.
