Application was sent in and then I was asked to schedule an interview. I went in for it and did a short 30 to 45 interview where each of the two staff members present asked a few questions from different categories. Staff were welcoming, warm, and gave me thorough time to answer their questions. I was allowed to ask questions back at the end of the interview.
