I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gbolade Design Studio in Sept 2023
Interview
Interview consisted on a 2 step process; a zoom call, followed by a half day in-person trial (paid). I was not called to the second stage, and it was explained to me that the second stage is this intensive because it is a very small practice (at the time 3-4 people including directors) and they are therefore keen to ensure good culture/personality fit. The zoom call was with the 2 directors and was a standard, and polite process. In the end it was explained to me that I was not a good fit (needed some more specific sustainability/passivhaus experience I believe) but overall the directors seemed like nice people.
