Interview
Phone screen, phone interview, and then an in-person presentation/interview in front of a panel. After my final interview/presentation, the recruiter spoke with me separately and told me I would likely get the role, based on the panel's feedback. She told me to wait for her call the following week. A week went by and I didn't hear from her. The following week, a new HR member emailed me saying the original recruiter was no longer with the company and that she would be taking over the hiring process and that she would reach out to me by the end of the week with the final decision on the role. Over a week went by and I followed up with her to ask for an update, and she completely ignored me and stopped all communication. I don't even care about the role, you don't always get every job offer, but from such a large company, I'm surprised that HR couldn't have the courtesy to reply to me to say the role was filled.
