the interview was relaxed and well formatted we discussed the role salary etc and I posed many questions about the company. after 1 hour the interview was ended and I was asked to attend for a second interview. The second interview was with the staff of the company to ensure that I was a good fit into the company. this was an informative approach and one that other companies should employ
