Applied online in late January. Received a call to fly out to Groton for an interview. Travel and hotel was arranged and paid for by EB. There were 2 interviews with 2 different departments, the questions were mostly about my background and resume. After the interviews they give you a free lunch and you go back to HR to fill out a review of their interview process
