Which patient would I see first and why, patient on the phone needing triage , pt needing wound care and a pt needing a vaccine

First step was phone interview with HR, followed by phone interview with one of the regional medical directors. Then there was an opportunity to shadow at one of the sites with the physician, followed by an interview with four members of leadership.

Questions were detailed. The H/R director at the time was much more experienced in this area than the hiring manager who appeared very immature and inexperienced. This alone should have given me a red flag not to accept this position. But I was very interested in working with this type of patient population. Now I have learned to be very cautious with those that are interviewing me. If they do not have the professionalism that I seek I do not accept employment there.
