Short and straight forward, got an email from the CTO requesting an interview a few days after application, then scheduled peer and other C-Suite interviews was scheduled the following week. Followed by absolute radio silence.

What balance and percentage would you dedicate towards upstream and downstream marketing?
The process was very relaxed and the staff was very welcoming. They kept the meeting very formal and are very helpful people. They asked for demonstration of pipetting skills. Loved it.
