The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Genpact (East Lansing, MI) in Oct 2022
Interview
2 round interview process. Round 1 was similar to most behavioral interview rounds lasting anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Round 2 was a situational case based conversational interview process lasting for about an hour. In round 2, we discussed about leading a fashion brand and the set of actions I would take in managing the supply chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Walk me through your resume, 2. If you were leading a fashion brand, how would you design the supply chain process of the company?
Management poor and only hire there own culture of people and not for skill, random last minute meetings like in a third world country or expect everyone to know about a meeting in 5 mins without messaging or a calendar notice. Like living in year 2000 but with modern laptops but brains not so much unfortunately.
Very slow environment somedays no jobs literally so pretty chill overall.
