There was a group discussion process prior to interview. You would only need a decent performance in GD nothing extraordinary for getting to next stage. Just Asked regular Questions about my past work experience. Nothing Specific. I had earlier expressed my desire to work in operation/quality summer intern profile which was one of the profile available. On being asked about your suitability for the profile, I elaborated my numerical calculation ability and the awards won.

A straightforward behavioral interview. It had components of a stress interview which was challenging. Interviewer also gave feedback which made it a constructive experience and guidance when wanted to hear more detail.

Very Time Taking process overall , it took them 2 months+ to conduct some online assessment tests after giving interviews. I had do decline as it was taking too much time for an unpaid Internship.

First round was aptitude and then 30 mins of interview the aptitude round consists of coding questions one was easy and other was medium difficulty and interview was based on your resume.
