After clearing all rounds, online test and submitting documents,HR said since you have 60 days notice period I can’t offer you. So just give genpact interview for fun only. HR could have denied me from the beginning due to this reason but don’t know why they did after spending 100 rupees for printing the documents and submitting them. May be they it just for kick.
