I applied online and then had someone from HR reach out to me. They did a thorough phone interview and then I was invited in for a face to face meeting. I met with approximately 5 people and was told I would know in a week. After about 8 days I was made the offer which I accepted

Recorded video interview with 5 questions. You have a countdown clock which adds to the pressure. Very awkward and impersonal not speaking with anyone. Not a friendly manner to get to know the company.
