I applied online and was requested to do an online HireVue interview a few weeks afterward. I did the interview as requested, and never heard back afterwards until I received an auto rejection a month after.
The interview for the actuarial analyst position was easy going. People were very nice and felt like they wanted to genuinely talk to you and learn more about yourself. Questions were not too hard.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Genworth (Richmond, VA)
Interview
The process took about three weeks since I first applied. I had one phone interview and then went onsite. Mostly made up of normal behavioral questions, but overall nothing too unexpected. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process.
