George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust interview questions

Met team members and they sent over a job description. Then director and I discussed it why they felt I was a good fit for it. I very much liked the team and director and would love to work for them but it's 2 full grade levels lower than I recently worked for and too far from home to justify a salary decrease.

It was lively. The panel was made up of two- a man and a woman. I was notified about the interview about four days to the interview thereby given enough time and was even asked to pick a convenient time. They later sent a link for the interview.
