I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at George's Tradition (Loughborough, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
Entering the store and handing the CV to whoever is shift manager at the current time, you will usually receive a call from a woman named Nikki at head office who will discuss and organise a hour slot which you can both sit down at the shop, either at the front or back, and discuss what the job involves and what they expect of you and what to expect from them. Once that has occurred, you will be emailed or texted your shifts which you begin almost immediately.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at George's Tradition (Nottingham, England) in Aug 2013
Interview
applied on online, then had a phone interview then had an interview (which was my first interview)- I had a letter sent home a week to two weeks later stating that I had not got the job. A week later i got a call from George's saying that they'd got another job vacancy going at different takeaway and stated the problems that I had in my last interview and what I could imprive on then I had the second interview and got the job. It was a normal interview with usual interview questions that can be easily answered. Good Luck.
