I applied in September, then reached out to a LinkedIn connection. She had my resume pulled. The recruiter called me the following week. I interviewed with 7 people by phone over a 3 month period. An interview day usually included 3 people. Two 30 minute conversations and 1 hour conversation for a total of 2 hours. Most were people I would be collaborating with. The last interview was with the VP in charge. She was double booked, ended early and asked to reschedule. Overall each interviewer had their own idea of what the duties of the position should be and made it clear during the conversation.
