Question 1
3 level of interview
"how do u feel abt the repetitive nature of the job"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GetHarley (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I came across GetHarley and loved the concept so I reached out to their talent lead on LinkedIn. There wasn’t a job role that matched my experience being advertised at the time but they agreed to speak with me straight away. Our call was very friendly and casual, she asked about my experience and what I was looking for in my next role.
After that initial introductory call I was quickly moved the first round with the Commercial Manager. Once again this call was friendly and I got to learn more about the business. At this stage I was asked more detailed questions about my previous work experience and some competency based questions. I was booked in for my next round while still on the call.
The next round was a case study which was a great opportunity to get a sense of what day to day life at GetHarley is like. Both interviewers asked fair questions and offered helpful feedback.
Later that day I had a final round interview with the CEO. This interview was definitely assessing my culture fit and my grasp of the business model.
The whole process took 2 weeks and I accepted straight away!
