These interviews were all done remotely. I applied directly on GetLab's website. I had a 20m interview with a recruiter a few days later, and then an interview with the COO a couple days after that (15m). A week later I had a technical interview with the team lead and another engineer (2.5h). 2 business days later I had a meeting with the COO and received an offer. Everyone was very friendly throughout the whole interview process, it sounds like an awesome startup with a lot of potential.
